Qualifying

Starts on 13th May 2019
Ends on 2nd June 2019

To qualify, you or your team have or has to complete three different workouts in three consecutive weeks. All three videos for the qualification workouts will be published from 13th to 15th May 2019 marking the start of the qualification weeks. From there you have three weeks to complete all three workouts and upload your score.

Release Q-Vid 3: Wednesday, 15th May 2019, 10:00am (CET)

You do the workouts in your box, gym, etc.

RX – teams and – athletes can compete only in one division because every team or individual athlete will compete on all three days during the final event. The Scaled division will compete either on Saturday (Team event) or on Sunday (Individual event). Here you can compete in both divisions. (If doing so, you only have to do the qualification workouts once. Upload your score for the Team as well as for the Individual event.)

 

All workouts must be recorded on video. We will check the videos for compliance with the given movement and repetition standards. You will find the Qualification Videos at the bottom below.

 

For the movement standards you find a detailed description below the respective video. For the Scaled division we will adjust movements and weights. The scores and videos must be uploaded until  2nd June 2019, 09:59pm (CET). We aim to post an unofficial leaderboard on the next day and the official one probably within one week.

 

 

Uploading your score

You can sign in and compete as same sex teams (F+F or M+M) or mixed team (F+M). You have the opportunity to form teams from different boxes, gyms, ages, nationalities or hair styles etc. To clarify, athletes of one team neither have to work out at the same box nor live in the same city.

Every team member has to perform the qualification workout as an individual. The team score is the total/sum of the individual scores of both team members. Just submit the total amount of repetitions, etc. for your team.

 

In Competition Corner you have the opportunity to upload only one video-URL in addition to one score. As a result, you can only upload one video for your team.

That means you can either:

Cut the two videos to one file, upload this file to any platform and submit the video-URL to your Competition Corner account, or youupload the video of the first team member to any platform and submit the video-URL to your Competition Corner account. The video-URL of the second team member must be placed in the description of the first video. We will find the link/URL and therefore find the second video.
