Join the NOCCO x ICIW Sunset Workout
Get the chance to have a great workout with our professional coaches in the unique competition set-up at the beach in Warnemünde-Rostock. Good people, good vibes, a free ICIW shirt and free NOCCO drinks + a great workout in the beautiful sunset guided by our ambassadors and CF coaches Felix Rehder, Madeleine Wichtrup, Dominik Poreba, Jasmin Lehmann and Anna Donauer.

An easy beginner workout for everyone to join that want to get to know the sport of Functional Fitness for the first or second time starting from 6:30pm. Guided by our professional coaches.
No pre-requirement needed.

An advanced Functional Fitness workout for fitness enthusiasts and athletes that are already experienced starting from 7.30pm.
Participation is for free, spots are limited. So be fast!
