This division is designed for people with alot competition experience.
1. Gymnastics: Capable of executing the following movements.

both athletes within the team should be capable of doing all CrossFit open | quarterfinal movements as required
-
the ability to adapt to complex movements on the fly without having been practiced beforehand is a requirement
2. Olympic Lifting: Capable of executing the following movements | weights.

heavy lifting under fatigue is required
-
the ability to adapt to complex movements on the fly without practicing them beforehand is a requirement, which includes moving odd objects
3. Strength
-
both athletes within the team should be capable of doing all CrossFit open | quarterfinal as prescribed
4. Conditioning
-
swimming is required for all divisions

Intermediate - Skills
This division is designed for people with some competition experience.

there will be a max out lifting provided for the finals | qualifiers and athletes should be able to execute all lifting exercises
-
gymnastics: the athletes should have a good volume for the basics (list below) and within the team you should be able to perform some complex movements (list below)

Battle The Beach is known for unexpected events, where all athletes have to face something they might have not done before. This also includes the intermediate division.

in terms of conditioning, all athletes have to prepare for swimming and running

in comparison to the open, athletes should be able to complete the open almost as described, if you did complete the open 80% in RX, this division is the right division for you (excluding some complex gymnastics)

the capability to max out all olympic lifts is required
